Returns & Refunds Policy
Service is on a per-customer basis and is limited . The fee for the Service is a set fee without regard to usage (i.e., once the Customer has purchased the Service & if the Primary Service is not given, the customer is entitled for a refund only within 7 days of transaction date). The User shall be entitled to full refund of the Transaction amount in-case inadvertently the transaction amount was debited twice from a User’s account.
1. No Refunds for Completed Work
All fees for completed bookkeeping services are non-refundable. This includes reconciliations, financial reports, data entry, and consultations that have already been performed.
2. Prepaid Services & Retainers
For prepaid service packages or monthly retainers
Services already rendered will be deducted from the total paid.
Any unused portion may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information in a timely manner. Refunds will not be issued for delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
4. Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing services with written notice (email) at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
5. Missed Meetings or Delays
Missed scheduled meetings or failure to respond to requests for information may delay services but do not qualify for refunds.
6. Satisfaction & Corrections
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 5 business days. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any errors or omissions at no additional cost. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
7. Refund Processing
Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time. In such cases, a prorated refund for any unused prepaid services may be issued.
